HIDIX is a 1.6" Wi-Fi security camera with a magnetic back. Snap it onto anything steel or onto its 360° magnetic stand, then check on your home from your phone with 1080p live view, night vision and motion alerts, on battery or plugged in.

A wide 120° glass lens takes in most of a room from one corner, in Full HD 1920 × 1080 color at 30 fps. When the lights go out, six built-in infrared LEDs light the room for the camera, so HIDIX keeps recording clear black-and-white video up to about 30 feet away.

Connect HIDIX to your 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi to watch live from anywhere, or join the network HIDIX makes itself to watch nearby with no router or internet at all. The free Hopeway app for iPhone and Android shows the room live, sends an alert when something moves, plays back clips from the card and lets several phones watch. Cloud storage is optional.

HIDIX starts recording to its microSD card as soon as it is switched on, so there is no monthly fee. Record continuously, at about 3 hours of video per GB, or only when something moves to save card space and battery. Use a Class 6 or faster card up to 256GB.

The built-in 300mAh battery runs HIDIX for up to about 2 hours and fully charges in about 100 minutes over Micro USB. Plug it into a USB charger or power bank and it runs around the clock. HIDIX is made for indoor use and works from -5°F to 149°F.
